As well as managing your builder David will Interpret and explain contracts and technical information to other professionals and collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists.
His leadership and team management skills are well-documented and highly developed.
LPWS Construction Ltd has a team of experienced, fully qualified tradesmen who have worked together for many years on high-end projects.
These range from simple extensions and loft conversions to new build low-energy houses.
We will undertake all significant residential building projects with a special interest in sustainability providing well-executed finishes precisely to client specifications.

Some of the duties that David will look after.
What Are the Responsibilities of a Project Manager?
- Prepare and negotiate cost estimates, budgets, and work timetables.
- Choose the most efficient construction method and strategies
- Stay in touch with the clients for work or budget-related issues
- Discuss technical and contract details with workers and other professional parties
- Keep an eye on the personnel in construction onsite
- Cooperate with building and construction specialists; Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists.
- Interpret and explain contracts and technical information to other professionals.
- Plan and Develop the Project Idea with the Building Owner
- Manage your chosen construction team/ make recommendations on construction teams.
- Monitor Project Progress and Set Deadlines and adjust as necessary.
- Be available for any issues that arise.
- Manage costs and budget.
- Evaluate Project Performance.
- Ensure the Building Owner is fully updated on work progress.
Cost is between 5 to 10% of the total budget, depending on the level of service required.
