The rear garage/utility area was turned into a new useful, smart space with glass doors separating the area for the cars. Reclaimed London Stock slips were fitted on the exterior brickwork to align it more with the surrounding traditional buildings.

A new automated garage door was fitted. Stunning wide reclaimed pine floors, skylights, and a new roof were installed.

This somewhat dingy, underutilized additional space/garage was transformed into a stunning living area and an appropriate setting to store the client’s classic cars in keeping with his beautiful house.

He was so pleased that several smaller projects have been subsequently completed in the main house.
