Project in Luton

Project in Luton

Work Description

Two new builds were completed with natural insulation, warm roofs, and solar panels.

The loft was reduced to half the size allowing the formation of vaulted ceilings in the two double bedrooms.

One was sold off plan allowing the new owners to be involved in the finishes and build of their new home; selecting their own bathroom/sanitary ware kitchens, flooring, and colours.

They could not have been happier feeling very involved in the building of their perfect home. The project also reached a new level of sustainability as none of the finishes were wasted and NOTHING will need changing for many years to come!

The Oberon Living Suite prototype was finished with beautiful reclaimed pine floors and a simple but tasteful Ikea kitchen.

The insulation and solar panels greatly reduce the running costs to power the new houses allowing the residents to live in complete energy security reducing the anxiety of energy cost rises that can so easily lead to significant cost of living issues.

Client Reference

This was the 1st new build I had been involved with and the budget was tight. I needed to be sure I was in safe hands and could not have been happier. David’s team was efficient and responsive never giving me cause to worry during this complex but extraordinarily satisfying project.

His team is 2nd to none in every way and I would have no hesitation in recommending them for any construction project however complex or tight the budget is. The vaulted ceilings in the bedrooms add a very special dimension to this modern house.

A huge success David!

Energy bills are well under control and I feel like I’m living in a hotel suite; thank you!
